Worms

Tuesday night when we got home, I decided we were cleaning up the front yard and patio. We started in the front yard, when our neighbor stopped by and asked if the boys could come over to see something. I took them over there to see baby bunnies! Cooper held one and could have stayed there all night. Carver liked them, but was too afraid to hold them. (Mike didn't tell me to bring the camera-so maybe we can go see them again before Easter...they are presents for his grandkids.)

After the boys helped me rake and clean up the front yard, we went to the back and burned. We picked up the pool, toys, and chairs from the patio that had been out since last week when it was so nice. Under the pool we found some treasures...worms!

Little puppy brain?

You know how they say little dogs THINK they're big? I think Carver sometimes has that same mentality!

Last weekend at the park, he screamed at a 7 year-old to, "BE QUIET!!" The boy's mother looked horrified!

This morning I was scolding Carver about something and telling him, "No." He turned right around and said, "No say 'no' mommy!!".

Carver peaked in the shower this morning and asked me to give him the water gun that was in the tub from bath time last night. I gave it to him and could hear him playing and shooting it while I finished showering. When I got out he told me, "I shoot Cooper!" I said, "Oh, no! Was he scared?!" Carver answer, "No, he's tough!"

Spiderman Vs. Ninja

My sons have been kidnapped! I now live with Spiderman and a Ninja. They walk around scaring me, each other, and anyone else that comes along. These costumes have indeed even gone to church. Cooper was a Ninja all day last Saturday and insisted I have the costume clean by morning. Carver only takes the mask off to sleep-if it gets in his way, he just slides it up on top of his head. He wore it at AWANA last night-sometimes over his face, sometimes not.

Last night we went through a McDonalds drive-thru (near two truck stops-so we often see a lot of semis). Cooper asked, "Why do trucks always live @ McDonalds?"

I hear this frequently...

Cooper- "You're a baby!!"
Carver- "I not a baby!!"

Cooper- "Carver's poopy!!"
Carver- "Cooper's poopy!!"

Cooper- "I slept TOO good." (Meaning-"I slept so hard I peed the bed."-I don't hear this THAT often.)

Both- "Geeze!" (We're trying to nip this one!)

Carver- "Cooper hitted!!"
Cooper- "No I didn't!"

Carver, "Pink water! Pink water!" (Meaning-"I'll take a bath IF you let me have a color tablet!"
